MasterCal Troubleshooting

If your new install of Infoware's Calendar Synchronization solution MasterCal isn't creating a mastercal.log file, here are some recommendations for troubleshooting:
1. Confirm that the Com Add-in has been installed correctly on the client PC - does the entry use the MasterCal form? If no, the workstation software should be reinstalled.
2. On creation of a new appoinment in a MasterCal public calendar, are you presented with a question about sending an immediate notice when they made the appointment? If no, the workstation software should be reinstalled.
3. Confirm that the path to the MasterCal.log is set correctly. To do so, please check the registry setting on the add-in and on the backend and make sure they point to the same file. The names of the settings are in the product manual.
