InForm Court Form Update - Ontario Litigation (OntCourt)

An update to the OntCourt form suite was released January 14, 2008 for InForm court form suite subscribers.

Added Forms:

- Factum - Superior Court
- Factum - Court of Appeal
- Notice of Appointment to Settle Order (Toronto)

Removed forms:

- Motion to Proceed – Masters Court (Form M1)
- Confirmation of Motion – Masters Court (Form M2)
- Motions Sheet
- Notice of Trial Scheduling Court
- Requisition to Local Registrar (Form 4E replaces this form)
- Motion to Proceed - Superior Court of Justice (Form B)

You will notice that the factums have now been added to our main OntCourt form suite. Obsolete forms were removed as part of our year end maintenance.
