Infoware is in the process of beta testing two new factums to be included in InForm’s OntCourt suite:
The Superior Court Factum is a standard three-part factum for use on motions in the Superior Court of Justice. Enhanced features include: (i) form title population depending on the party type selected (moving/responding); (ii) options to include or exclude a cover page and/or table of contents; and (iii) the ability to choose whether or not the style of cause is repeated before the table of contents and body of the document.
The Court of Appeal Factum includes the same enhanced features as the Superior Court Factum, but also includes a factum type option (Motion for Leave, Appeal Factum or General Motion) which allows the factum to be built in compliance with the Rules by producing the appropriately numbered and named parts for each party and factum type.
These new factums will replace the factum existing currently in the OntCourt suite. The factums are scheduled for release on January 14, 2008.
These factums are the first in a series of additions to our form suites. Our next development project is a factum for our Federal Court form suite. Please check in for more news about our Federal factum as it becomes available.
