Document Creation Tool Features
Infoware has recently added several new features to our suite of Document Assembly tools to aid in Document Creation using Microsoft Word.
The Document Assembly Suite, is comprised of a pair of Tools that integrate with Microsoft Word to assist in the creation and revision of complex documents includng contract and agreements. The Document Assembly Clause Tool enables users to pull standardized content into documents from a centralized collection. The Document Assembly Data Fill Tool allows a user to quickly analyze and complete a document that includes "fill in" fields.
Our DA Clause Tool now includes:
- The ability to single click a selection of multiple clause branches and individual clauses with a single click.
- Setting an option for setting a "sticky" Master Clause Document - clause collections can be made available in any Word document
The DA Data Field Fill Tool now includes:
- Advanced Contact Lookup with the Integration of Infoware's Find Contacts feature
- Expanded Document Scanning with the ability to look in Header and Footer Document Sections
- Improved Requery Options
