iMoveMail- Client Email and Attachment Filing

iMoveMail is an add-in for Outlook that helps power email users to manage the filing of client and project based emails. Using iMoveMail, attorneys can improve their ability to collaborate on files by centralizing client email correspondence in both directions. When a message in the attorney's personal folder system is closed after reading or sending, iMoveMail will automatically pop-up and present a simple mechanism for filing the message in a shared filing system.

What iMoveMail does ...

File Messages to Public Folder Structure
iMoveMail allows users to 'file' email messages by moving or copying messages to Exchange Public Folders, in a folder structure that is similar to their Client files stored on the network. For example messages can be sorted to folders grouped A to Z, then by client name, then by Matter.

Track Related Senders and Recipients
iMoveMail tracks the last 200 recipients and senders along with the folders that you have chosen to save the email to in the past. When you send or receive a message from one of the addresses it has tracked iMoveMail volunteers to save the message to the folder last used for that address. The program also tracks the most recently used filing folders and can present them in a pick list for easy reuse.

Manage Emailed Attachments
Attachments can be filed with the messages or moved to a pre-determined folder on the file system. When moved to the file system, a link to the saved file is placed in the original message. The folder structure used to save attachments mirrors the naming of the folders used to store the messages.

Database Support

iMoveMail can be integrated to any SQL or ODBC compliant database to access client and matter information used to maintain the common naming structure for the share folders.

Pricing and Compatibility
iMoveMail works with Outlook 2000 to 2003.
Current pricing is $145 per user licence. Volume discounts and site licences are available.
Initial release April 2006, release 2 with Outlook 2007 compatibility scheduled for Summer 2007.
