Inform Court Form Update - InForm DLL

An update to the InForm DLL was released on October 15, 2009 for InForm court form subscribers. The update was a code correction to stop the Factum Table of Contents from unlinking when building.

The DLL should be installed and re-registered immediately.

Inform Court Form Update - Ontario Family

An update to the OntFamily form suite was released on October 14, 2009 for InForm court form subscribers. These changes are as a result based on amendments to the Family Law Rules (O. Reg. 386/09). Effective on October 15, 2009, update should be installed immediately.

• 23C - Affidavit for Uncontested Trial

Added Forms:

• 25F - Restraining Order
• 25G - Restraining Order on Motion without Notice
• 25H - Order Terminating Restraining Order
