InForm Updates - Ontario Labour Review Board Forms (OntLabor)

An update to the OntLabour form suite was released February 26, 2009 for InForm court form subscribers. These changes are due on March 1, 2009 and must be installed by that date.

Updated Forms:

• A-72 - Response to Application for Certification, Construction Industry and Schedule A (List of Employees)


• C-38 - Notice to Responding Party and/or Affected Party of Referral of Grievance to Arbitration (Construction Industry)


• Information Bulletin 9 - Status Disputes in Certification Applications in the Construction Industry


• Information Bulletin 20 - Grievance Referrals in the Construction Industry
