Report from the ILTA Conference

Today Infoware is headed back from the annual International Legal Technology Association Educational Conference and Tradeshow held this year in Scottsdale, Arizona. In spite of the heat (104'!), our Canadian crew kept their cool and met with many of our valued Canadian and US clients as well as making numerous new contacts. Products of particular interest were Team Contacts (our contact sharing solution), Document Assembly and Legal Extensions. We hope we'll see you next year at the ILTA Conference in Florida!

Product Announcement: Merge Contacts Tool

Infoware is pleased to announce the release of a powerful new administration utility for merging and migrating Outlook Contacts - the Merge Contacts Tool.



The Merge Contacts Tool was developed to aid in the deployment of Infoware's Team Contacts Outlook Contact Management solution by creating a common collection of contacts for the firm where one previously did not exist.

The tool will create a Public Folder by comparing the contents of users' Outlook contact collections, resolving potential duplicates and then writing the updated records to the Exchange Server after assigning the Contact a unique ID. Public contact folders can be created by grouping some users (as in a department, or as part of a phased implementation) or all users in a firm. Merge Contacts can also be used when there is already a public contacts folder in the firm.
