InForm Court Form Update

New Ontario Court Forms are being released today to Inform Court Form Suite subscribers. Infoware has contacted all clients who require the updates.

This version, v6.87, includes the following changes that are effective immediately:

Added Forms:
- 34C (Commission)
- 34D (Letter of Request)
- 34E (Order for commission and letter request)

Updated Forms:
Removed signing lines from:
- 23A1 Notice of Discontinuance (whole action)
- 23A2 Notice of Discontinuance (part of action).

Added Note to inform users that these 2 forms are no longer valid in Toronto:
- Pre-Trial Memorandum (short)
- Pre-Trial Memorandum (long)
